Experience Our Lively
Riverfront Gem
BOSA is a one-of-a-kind concept created by restaurateur and pizza legend Sal Lupoli. Named for the colorful fishing village of BOSA, on the Temo River in Sardinia, Italy, our lively hotspot sits on the banks of the Merrimack River in Downtown Haverhill. Located in The Heights, a mixed use building just steps from Restaurant Row, BOSA brings an unparalleled energy and vibe to the Haverhill restaurant scene. Our menu features coastal Italian fare, driven by fresh ingredients and authentic classic Italian cuisine, including a curated artisanal wine and cocktail program and craft beer selection. We also offer Sal's signature pizza, with elevated flavor profiles, cooked in our Marra Forni pizza oven.

In 1990, Salvatore Lupoli opened his first Sal’s Pizza shop with his brother Nick in Salem, New Hampshire. Inspired by Boston’s North End eateries, the Lupoli brothers used the freshest ingredients and prepared their dough daily.

In 2026, you can find Sal's Pizza in over 170 store locations, 500 schools, arenas like Fenway Park, TD Garden, Tsongas Arena, and Delta Dental Stadium, colleges and universities like Boston College, Bentley University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, UMass Boston, UMass Lowell, Salem State, and Suffolk University, or at one of their five food trucks.
